First, The Bully Periscope was created to provide school administrators with a real opportunity to regain control of the schools; many administrators use The Bully Periscope as a shield against influence or pressure from any outside person or group when re-establishing this new level of control so their students can once again be educated at the proper levels.

Our schools are currently functioning, as a group, at the very lowest levels in our country’s history and this trend cannot continue. Our best teachers are leaving the classrooms in the tens of thousands every year, and this trend cannot continue.

The Bully Periscope establishes in schools a very simple to understand, 2 rule conduct policy for students that was first used to very successfully integrate a small, mill town middle school in 1970; 1- Keep your hands and your mouth to yourself. 2- Do what your teachers tell you to do. There is no acceptable reason why these 2 simple rules don’t still apply today. With The Bully Periscope, they do apply again.

The Bully Periscope is designed to end bullying of students and teachers without any school ever being sued. This system is designed to immediately end the bullying when school administrators receive the notification letter from the attorney representing the victim. This is explained in the Q&A Section.
